SSL Tracker: Simple SSL Certificate Monitoring
a web application designed to help users monitor and manage SSL certificates across multiple websites
SSL Tracker is a robust application designed to automate the monitoring of SSL certificates across your web infrastructure. By providing real-time visibility into certificate status and expiration dates, it helps prevent service disruptions and security vulnerabilities that can arise from expired certificates.
How It Works
When you add a website URL, the system automatically fetches and analyzes its SSL certificate, displaying crucial information such as expiration dates and remaining validity period. The monitoring system continuously checks certificate status, providing up-to-date information and alerting you when certificates are approaching expiration.
Key Features
Certificate status tracking is intuitive, with clear visual indicators showing whether certificates are:
Valid and healthy for continued use
Approaching expiration (within 30 days), requiring attention
Expired and needing immediate renewal
Experiencing validation errors that need investigation
User Interface
SSL Tracker features a clean and intuitive dashboard with a prominent search bar for adding new website URLs. The interface includes convenient filter tabs for sorting certificates by status (All, Valid, Expiring Soon, Expired, and Errors), along with Export CSV and Refresh All functionality.
The main dashboard displays a comprehensive data table showing website URLs, color-coded status indicators, expiration dates, last checked timestamps, and action buttons for each entry. This clear, easily scannable format allows users to quickly assess their SSL certificate status across multiple domains.
Getting Started
The application is open source and available on GitHub at SSL-Tracker. Feel free to contribute or raise issues if you find any bugs or have feature requests.
